Rathbone Precision Metals is pleased to announce the following two organizational changes:

Effective January 1, 2011, Dale Pretz has been appointed President of Rathbone Precision Metals, Inc., a manufacturer of precision cold rolled and cold drawn metal profiles located in Palmer, MA.  He succeeds Mr. Richard Leger, who is retiring after 13 years of service to Rathbone. 

From July 1, 2008, Mr. Pretz has been Chief Financial Officer and a member of the Board of Rathbone.  As Rathbone’s CFO he also provided consulting services to the owner of Rathbone, Calvi Holdings Srl, an Italian holding company with manufacturing locations in Europe and the United States. 

In addition to his work with Rathbone, Mr. Pretz was owner and President of Engleman-Munro, Ltd., a Delaware corporation involved in business brokerage, which he established in 2003.  Prior to forming Engleman-Munro, Mr. Pretz was Director of Corporate Development for Carpenter Technology Corporation, a large, US based, specialty materials manufacturing company.

Mr. Pretz received a B.A. in Business from Gettysburg College and a J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.

Effective January 1, 2011 Glenn Eberly has been appointed Vice President Sales and Marketing of Rathbone Precision Metals, Inc.

Mr. Eberly came to Rathbone in 1998 as Director of Sales. Prior to his employment with Rathbone, Mr. Eberly was a Special Accounts Manager for Carpenter Technology Corporation.

As Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Mr. Eberly's mission will encompass a greater emphasis on the marketing of Rathbone's precision cold rolled and cold metal profiles along with that of cold drawn profiles available within the Calvi Network of profile producers.

Mr. Eberly received his B.A. in Economics and Business from Lafayette College.
